Sales Executive

OVERVIEW

 

As a member of the Sales Team, the Sales Executive is responsible for maximizing revenue by identifying business opportunities and converting leads into sales. The Sales Executive will play an integral part in the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate must have a passion for growth, creativity, technology and marketing, a solid foundation of sales training and the ability to initiate phone calls, face-to-face appointments, email and create new innovative programs to drive sales for the organization.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding all individual performance and developmental goals within on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Identify new business opportunities by establishing professional and personal networks, proactively soliciting for and following up with sales leads.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers via outbound telephone efforts and face to face appointments.
  • Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, and referral gathering.
  • Develop new prospects and referral opportunities.
  • Service, renew and grow existing assigned and sold accounts.
  • Actively participate in team member sales training and development opportunities.
  • Contribute positively to sales team member culture through working relationships with all team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Candidate MUST have transferrable iqama.
  • Candidate must have a valid driving license.
  • Candidate must have his own vehicle to start.
  • Candidate must have at least 2 years working experience in Saudi Arabia with a proven track record.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain strong organization and organizational skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to actively prospect and find new leads.
  • Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, a team builder and a team player.
  • An energetic, positive, and self-motivated person. Must be diplomatic, mature and professional.

Accountant

OVERVIEW

 

Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, the candidate will perform a variety of professional accounting work in the analysis, maintenance and auditing of financial and accounting records for assigned accounts, centers or programs; analyze and prepare financial statements, reports, accounts and records of revenues and expenditures.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

  • Perform a variety of professional accounting tasks in the analysis, maintenance and auditing of financial and accounting records for assigned accounts.
  • Analyze, verify and prepare financial statements, reports, accounts and records of expenditures and revenues; enter information into appropriate computerized system; make recommendations regarding the findings; maintain related files.
  • Prepare cash and check deposits; review account codes, input entries and review daily cash reports.
  • Prepare a variety of financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, budgets and other reports; review daily reports against cash and credit card receipt batches; prepare sales tax reports.
  • Assure the proper balance of accounts payable and accounts receivable; audit and process payment requests; reconcile bank accounts; print and disburse checks as appropriate.
  • Update current systems to support changes in technology.
  • Operate a computer, calculator and other office equipment.
  • Prepare and review journal entries for various departments including payroll accrual, interest from investments, bank charges, fees and credit card discounts, sales tax reclassification and other entries as assigned.
  • Audit and assist with physical inventory as assigned.
  • Initiate research as necessary.
  • Review bank accounts for irregularities and make corrections as necessary.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge of accounting practices, procedures and terminology.
  • Knowledge of financial and statistical record-keeping techniques.

  • Knowledge of preparation of financial statements and comprehensive accounting reports.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy.
